Go to "file(F)" and click "render to picture (B)" then you select the image type you want, give it a name and you're done.

That means your graphics card can't handle the size of the image, try making it smaller ^w^

Go to the View(V)" tab and click "Screen Size(O)" then you just type in the height and width sizes, just keep changing the size until you're happy with it.

Type in 'mmd model download' on DA and I guarantee thousands of results will show up XD To use the model you just extract the Zip or Rar file into the 'model' folder and you're good to go ^w^

alright so i did a pose, then registered it. then another, then registered but when i clicked play nothing moved? so how do you use frames to make the model move. also how do you save and convert to AVI files?

Did you put the diamonds in the graph on the side? Or does your model not have a motherbone, these two might explain why it wouldn't have moved.

Since I'm still a newbie on this, to convert it to an avi file..You go to File and go to "render to AVI file". (You need to put a name for it.) Then you have to put the range of frames you want. (For example, Frames 0 to 20). After that, it records all the frames.

Models can be downloaded all over the places. Here on DA, NicoNicoDouga, Bowlroll etc. The models themselves are usually in zip or rar files which you need to extract in the 'Models' folder in your main MikuMikuDance folder. Then they should work ^w^

You forgot to explain something about the bones. You can also, when you have select the master bone or the center bone, select the box ''select all'' if you want to move all the body, but didn't want to have the legs go crazy when you move the model and after, change the place of the model with the ''axis move''. It is very useful when you did a beautiful pose, but you want to move the model to an another place as the center.

Can you please tell me how to move the models away from on top of each other and get them to stay there >.<

You can either select the "Center" bone, then click "box select" and click and drag a box around the entire model and then select "Move". Then you should be able to move your model around the screen ^w^

Another way *depending on the model your using* is to select the bone between the models feet *sometimes called a "Master Bone"* and click move and the whole model will move with it.

Hope this helped ^ u ^

is there a way you can move the model without using the axis buttons in the corner? and how can i change the camera view without being restricted to front, back, left, right etc?? many thanks!

To move the model without the buttons in the corner simply select the bone you want to move and in 'Bone Manipulation' box select either 'rotate' or 'move'. A control will appear over the bone you selected and you just click on the different coloured lines to move the bone.

Camera movements with a mouse:

Left click(hold): Will rotate the camera

Centre scroll button(scroll): will zoom in.

Centre scroll button(click and hold): will move the position of the camera around the screen.

Hope this helped ^w^
